🛒 Ingredients
50 g pumpkin seeds
75 g walnuts
110 g dates (pitted)
75 g dried apricots
Zest of 1 orange
20 g sesame seeds
1–2 tbsp orange juice (or water, if needed)
Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor
🥣 Instructions
Toast (optional but recommended):
Lightly toast the pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Let cool.
Blend:
Add dates and dried apricots to a food processor. Pulse until sticky and finely chopped.
Add nuts & seeds:
Add pumpkin seeds, walnuts, sesame seeds, and orange zest. Blend until the mixture comes together.
Add orange juice (or water) little by little if needed.
Shape:
Roll into small balls or press into a lined dish and flatten.
Chill (optional):
Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes for a firmer texture.
