Garlic Cheddar Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs Yellow Potatoes, quartered (peeled or unpeeled)
4 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Chicken Bouillon
3 tbsp Salted Butter
1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1 cup freshly shredded White Cheddar Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Add potatoes, garlic, and bouillon to a pot of salted water. Boil until fork-tender.
Drain and return potatoes to the hot pot for 1–2 minutes to dry.
In a small saucepan, warm butter, cream, and sour cream until melted and smooth.
Pour warm mixture over potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and mash gently until creamy.
Fold in cheddar cheese. Adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
