Ingredients
1 cup pomegranate juice
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
½ cup soda water or sparkling water
8–10 fresh mint leaves
2–4 teaspoons sugar or simple syrup (to taste)
½ cup pomegranate arils (optional, for garnish)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint sprigs (for garnish)
Optional: 2–4 oz white rum (if making it alcoholic)
Instructions
- Muddle the mint:
In a large glass or pitcher, add the mint leaves and sugar (or simple syrup).
Gently muddle with a spoon or muddler to release the mint flavor — don’t crush the leaves too much. - Add the juices:
Pour in the pomegranate juice and lime juice. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. - Add ice:
Fill two serving glasses with ice cubes. - Pour and top:
Pour the pomegranate mixture over the ice.
Top each glass with soda water or sparkling water for bubbles. - Optional — Add rum:
Add 1–2 oz white rum per glass if you want a classic mojito twist. - Garnish:
Add pomegranate arils and fresh mint sprigs. Add lime slices if you like! - Serve immediately:
Stir gently and enjoy chilled.
