🔥😋 Smoked Jalapeño Popper Meatballs
🛒 Ingredients
1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
2–3 jalapeños, finely chopped (remove seeds for mild heat)
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese
2 slices cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
1 large egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Smoker, grill, or oven
Optional: your favorite mild BBQ-style sauce
🍽️ Instructions
Preheat your smoker or oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix together: ground meat, chopped jalapeños, cream cheese, shredded cheese, bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roll mixture into meatballs (about 1–1½ inches).
Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet or smoker tray.
Cook for 20–25 minutes, or until fully cooked through.
For extra flavor, brush lightly with a smoky or mild BBQ-style sauce in the last 5 minutes (optional).
