Red Velvet Bailey’s Christmas Pudding Shots

Ingredients

1/2 cup Red Velvet Bailey’s (or regular Bailey’s)

1/4 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)

1 small box JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix

3/4 cup milk

8 oz Cool Whip, thawed

Christmas sprinkles (for topping)


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Bailey’s, Kahlua, milk, and instant pudding mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the Cool Whip, adding a little at a time until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture into small plastic shot cups. (A tablespoon works perfectly for filling.)
  4. Add Christmas sprinkles on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for a soft, mousse-like texture or place in the freezer for a firmer, icy shot.

Serving Notes

✨ Makes about 12–16 pudding shots depending on cup size
✨ They set even better if chilled at least 2–3 hours
✨ Taste is rich, creamy, festive, and slightly boozy—perfect for holiday parties!
