Red Velvet Bailey’s Christmas Pudding Shots
Ingredients
1/2 cup Red Velvet Bailey’s (or regular Bailey’s)
1/4 cup Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
1 small box JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
3/4 cup milk
8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
Christmas sprinkles (for topping)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Bailey’s, Kahlua, milk, and instant pudding mix until fully combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip, adding a little at a time until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture into small plastic shot cups. (A tablespoon works perfectly for filling.)
- Add Christmas sprinkles on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a soft, mousse-like texture or place in the freezer for a firmer, icy shot.
