Instructions
- Prepare the crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C.
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Stir in melted butter until crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating an even layer.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly while preparing filling.
- Make the cheesecake filling
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy (~2–3 min).
- Add sugar and vanilla, and beat until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing just until combined—avoid overmixing to prevent cracks.
- Fold in sour cream (or heavy cream) until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in pink M&Ms and chopped Snickers.
- Assemble & bake
- Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes until edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
- Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 30 minutes—this prevents cracking.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely at room temperature.
- Chill & decorate
