No-Bake Funfetti Oreo Icebox Cake π
Ingredients
For the Layers:
1 (15 oz) package Funfetti Oreos (or regular Oreos + ΒΌ cup sprinkles)
3 cups cold milk (for dipping cookies)
Cream Cheese Filling:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1Β½ cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Β½ cup rainbow sprinkles
Toppings:
Extra whipped cream
Sprinkles
Crushed Oreos
Instructions
- Prep the Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth (~2 mins).
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy.
Fold in whipped topping and sprinkles gently. - Layer the Cake
Dip Oreos briefly in milk (1-2 sec per side).
Arrange a layer in a 9×13β dish or springform pan.
Spread Β½ of the filling over cookies.
Repeat layers, ending with cookies. - Chill & Set
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (or overnight). - Garnish & Serve
Top with whipped cream, extra sprinkles, and crushed Oreos.
Slice or scoop like a trifle!
