No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake 🍰
Classic creamy cheesecake with a buttery graham crust and sweet cherry topping

🛒 Ingredients
Crust
9 graham cracker sheets, crushed
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling
16 oz cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
Topping
21 oz cherry pie filling
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Crust
Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar.
Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes.
2️⃣ Prepare the Filling
Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
3️⃣ Assemble
Spread cheesecake filling evenly over the chilled crust.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
4️⃣ Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
5️⃣ Add Topping & Serve
Spoon cherry pie filling over the cheesecake just before serving.
