Jam Glow, Star Crunch, Holiday Hush Cookies ⭐🍓✨
These cookies sparkle warmth into every bite — glowing jam, festive crunch, and a snowy holiday finish.
Ingredients
For the Cookie Dough
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
For the Filling & Topping
½ cup strawberry jam (or any holiday jam)
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup crushed star-shaped cereal or cornflakes
Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Make the Dough
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Chill the Dough
Cover and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to help the cookies hold their shape.
- Shape the Cookies
Roll the dough into 1-tablespoon balls.
Use your thumb to gently make an indentation in the center.
- Add the Jam Glow
Spoon ½ teaspoon strawberry jam into each indentation.
- Add the Star Crunch
Combine the crushed cereal with the white chocolate chips.
Sprinkle a little on top of each cookie.
- Bake
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10–12 minutes
or until the edges are lightly golden.

Let the cookies cool completely.
