🔔🎄 Holiday White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies 🍪

Soft, buttery, melty, tart, sweet — the ultimate Christmas cookie!

Ingredients (Makes ~20–24 cookies)

½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar

1 large egg

1 ½ tsp vanilla extract

1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

¾ cup white chocolate chips

1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped (or ½ cup dried)


🍪 Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat butter + sugars until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  3. Add the egg and vanilla, mix until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh chopped cranberries.
  7. Scoop the dough into balls (about 1.5 tbsp each) and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes — edges should be lightly golden and centers soft.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.

✨ Tips for Perfect Cookies

For thicker cookies: chill dough 30 minutes.

For extra festive flavor: add ½ tsp orange zest.

For bakery-style look: press a few chips and cranberries on top before baking.
