🔔🎄 Holiday White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies 🍪

Ingredients (Makes ~20–24 cookies)
½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 large egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¾ cup white chocolate chips
1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped (or ½ cup dried)
🍪 Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat butter + sugars until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
- Add the egg and vanilla, mix until creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt.
- Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and fresh chopped cranberries.
- Scoop the dough into balls (about 1.5 tbsp each) and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes — edges should be lightly golden and centers soft.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
