Creamy Cheese Pasta
Ingredients:
250 g spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
A pinch of nutmeg (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.
Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg if using.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy!

You can add grilled chicken, mushrooms, or shrimp for extra flavor 😋
