🥑🌿 Cilantro-Lime Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

6 tomatillos, husked and rinsed

1 jalapeño (optional, adjust to taste)

2 ripe avocados

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves

1 small garlic clove

Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)

1/4 cup water (adjust for texture)

Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the avocados and blend again until creamy.
  4. Adjust salt and lime to taste. Add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner salsa.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
