🧀🥩 Cheesy Stuffed Meatloaf Bites
Juicy, bite-sized meatloaf balls stuffed with melty cheese—perfect as an appetizer, snack, or fun dinner for kids and adults alike!

Ingredients
Meatloaf Mixture
1 lb ground beef (or half beef, half pork)
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
¼ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Cheese Filling
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
(or cheddar)
Glaze (Optional but Recommended)
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Make the Meat Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, and seasonings.
- Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
Step 3: Stuff the Bites
- Take about 1½ tablespoons of the meat mixture.
- Flatten slightly in your palm.
- Place a cube of cheese in the center.
- Wrap the meat around the cheese and roll into a ball.
- Place on the baking sheet.
Step 4: Add Glaze
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush or spoon a little glaze on top of each meatloaf bite.
Step 5: Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, until cooked through and lightly browned.
Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes for extra caramelization.
Step 6: Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve warm while the cheese is gooey 😋
