🥑🌿 Cilantro-Lime Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
6 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
1 jalapeño (optional, adjust to taste)
2 ripe avocados
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 small garlic clove
Juice of 1–2 limes (to taste)
1/4 cup water (adjust for texture)
Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, add the tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add the avocados and blend again until creamy.
- Adjust salt and lime to taste. Add a splash of water if you prefer a thinner salsa.
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
