🍗 Glazed Chicken Wings – Full Recipe

1/4 cup flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce
1/2 cup honey
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 large garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon finely diced ginger
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon cornstarch

- Prepare the Wings
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour. - Sear the Wings
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wings and cook until they turn golden and crispy on all sides. - Make the Glaze
In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, water, and cornstarch. - Add the Sauce
Pour the sauce over the wings. Stir well and bring to a simmer. - Glaze and Reduce
Let the wings cook in the sauce for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the wings beautifully. - Serve
Serve hot with a veggie plate (celery sticks, broccoli florets) and your favorite dipping sauces.
