🍗 Glazed Chicken Wings – Full Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup flour

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sauce

1/2 cup honey

4 tablespoons soy sauce

4 large garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon finely diced ginger

1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

1/3 cup water

1 teaspoon cornstarch


🔥 Instructions

  1. Prepare the Wings
    Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly with flour.
  2. Sear the Wings
    Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the wings and cook until they turn golden and crispy on all sides.
  3. Make the Glaze
    In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, water, and cornstarch.
  4. Add the Sauce
    Pour the sauce over the wings. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Glaze and Reduce
    Let the wings cook in the sauce for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the wings beautifully.
  6. Serve
    Serve hot with a veggie plate (celery sticks, broccoli florets) and your favorite dipping sauces.
