Pork Chop Supreme – Full Recipe
Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven
Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the baking dish
Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. - Layer the potatoes
Spread the thinly sliced potatoes evenly across the bottom of the dish.
Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Mix the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together:
Cream of mushroom soup
Milk
Lipton onion soup mix
Pour this mixture over the potatoes, spreading it evenly.
- Season the pork chops
Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
Place them directly on top of the creamy potato layer. - Bake
Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 50 minutes.
Remove the foil, then continue baking for 15–20 minutes, or until:
The potatoes are tender
The pork chops are cooked through
The top is lightly golden

Let it sit for 5 minutes, then serve hot with a spoonful of the creamy potatoes under each chop.
