These baked blueberry cottage cheese bowls are cozy, kid-friendly, and packed with protein. They’re perfect for busy mornings and great for meal prep — just reheat and enjoy!
Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
360 g cottage cheese (1½ cups)
4 large eggs
90 g rolled old-fashioned oats (1 cup)
1 ripe banana, mashed (100–120 g)
80 ml maple syrup (⅓ cup)
1 tsp baking soda (5 g)
150 g blueberries (1 cup)

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease 4 small ramekins or one medium baking dish.
Step 2:
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, eggs, mashed banana, and maple syrup until smooth.
Step 3:
Stir in rolled oats and baking soda, then fold in the blueberries.
Step 4:
Divide into ramekins or pour into the baking dish. Bake for 22–28 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.
