🧁 Ingredients
For the Crust
1 ½ cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer
16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
For the Strawberry Layer
2 cans (21 oz / 595g each) strawberry pie filling
OR use 3 cups fresh strawberries mixed with ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp cornstarch
For the Cake Topping
1 box white or yellow cake mix (about 15.25 oz / 432g)
