Ingredients

1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup whiskey (Irish whiskey works best)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 can (14 oz / ~400 g) sweetened condensed milk


Instructions

  1. Mix dry and cream

In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and heavy cream until fully blended and smooth.

  1. Add condensed milk and vanilla

Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth and well combined.

  1. Add whiskey

Slowly whisk in whiskey until the mixture is fully incorporated.

  1. Bottle and chill

Transfer your Baileys to a clean glass bottle or jar with a tight lid.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let flavors meld.
