2 carrots, chopped
2 celery sticks, chopped

1 beef stock cube
Spices: all-purpose seasoning, paprika, black pepper
Lasagne sheets
Tesco 4-cheese grated mix
Mature cheddar, grated
Béchamel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1️⃣ Cook the Meat Base
Brown the mince in a large pan. Add onion, garlic, thyme, and spices, cooking until fragrant.
2️⃣ Build the Sauce
Stir in tomatoes, stock cube, and a spoon of arrabbiata (optional). Simmer gently, then add carrots and celery. Cook low and slow until thick and rich.
3️⃣ Layer the Lasagne
In a baking dish, layer: meat sauce → pasta sheets → béchamel → cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
