No-Knead Perfect Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp dry yeast
250 ml (1 cup) lukewarm water
450 g flour (about 3½ cups)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the sugar, yeast, and lukewarm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add the flour, salt, and oil. Mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl and let the dough rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
Lightly flour a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Pour the dough into the dish (do not knead).
Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
Tip:
Brush the top with butter after baking for a soft crust 😋
