🥞 Quark Pancakes with Vanilla Pudding
Soft, lightly sweet pancakes with a creamy vanilla flavor — perfect for breakfast or dessert.
🛒 Ingredients
2 packs vanilla pudding powder
50 g sugar
3 eggs
200 ml milk
150 g quark
A pinch of salt
Sunflower oil (for frying)
🥣 Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding powder, sugar, and salt.
Add eggs & dairy
Add the eggs, milk, and quark. Whisk until smooth and lump-free.
👉 The batter should be thick but pourable. If too thick, add a little milk.
Rest the batter (optional but recommended)
Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes so it thickens nicely.
Cook the pancakes
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with sunflower oil.
Pour small ladles of batter into the pan.
Flip & finish
Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles appear, flip, and cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
🍓 Serving Ideas
Fresh fruit (berries, bananas, peaches 🍑)
Powdered sugar or honey
Jam or chocolate spread
Greek yogurt or whipped cream
💡 Tips
For extra fluffy pancakes, separate the eggs, beat the whites, and fold them in last.
For a lighter version, reduce sugar to 30 g.
Works great as mini pancakes too.
