Coconut Christmas Mojito

Ingredients:

• 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
• 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
• 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
• 2 tsp sugar (or simple syrup)
• 6-8 fresh mint leaves
• 2 oz (60 ml) soda water
• Ice cubes
• Garnish: mint sprigs, lime wedges, shredded coconut

Instructions:

1. In a glass, muddle mint leaves, sugar, and lime juice.
2. Add coconut cream and white rum, stir.
3. Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
4. Garnish with mint, lime, and shredded coconut.
