1/2 cup strong brewed espresso (cooled)
1 tbsp dark rum (optional)

250g mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
🍫 Chocolate Ganache
100g dark chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
🍬 Extras & Topping
1/3 cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
Whipped cream (for topping)
Crushed ginger cookies (to garnish)

🔢 INSTRUCTIONS
Brew espresso and stir in rum if using. Let cool.
In a bowl, whip cream to soft peaks.
In another bowl, beat mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Gently fold whipped cream into mascarpone mix until creamy.
Dip cookies briefly in espresso and layer at the base of glass.
Spread a layer of mascarpone cream on top.
Drizzle caramel or dulce de leche over the cream.
Repeat cookie + cream + caramel layers once more.
Heat cream and pour over chopped chocolate; stir to create ganache.
Drizzle ganache over tiramisu and top with whipped cream + cookie crumbs 🍫
