Crispy fries loaded with Cajun-seasoned beef, juicy shrimp, creamy nacho cheese, and fresh toppings—perfect for sharing or a bold dinner tray!

Main
1 large bag seasoned fries, cooked until crispy
1 large bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
Beef Layer
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Shrimp Layer
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Juice of ½ lemon
Cheese Sauce
2 cups nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
Toppings
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
½ cup sliced green onions
Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, hot sauce
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Drain excess grease.
- Season with paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook 2–3 more minutes. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp
- Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Finish with lemon juice. Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Nacho Fries
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread cooked fries on a large baking tray.
- Scatter tortilla chips evenly over fries.
- Spoon seasoned beef over the fries.
- Add shrimp evenly on top.
- Drizzle generously with warm nacho cheese sauce.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.
Step 4: Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until cheese melts and everything is hot.
Step 5: Garnish & Serve
Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and optional jalapeños.
Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
