Crispy fries loaded with Cajun-seasoned beef, juicy shrimp, creamy nacho cheese, and fresh toppings—perfect for sharing or a bold dinner tray!

Ingredients

Main

1 large bag seasoned fries, cooked until crispy

1 large bag nacho cheese tortilla chips

Beef Layer

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Shrimp Layer

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Juice of ½ lemon

Cheese Sauce

2 cups nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Toppings

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 cup diced fresh tomatoes

½ cup sliced green onions

Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, hot sauce


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Drain excess grease.
  4. Season with paprika, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook 2–3 more minutes. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Shrimp

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Finish with lemon juice. Set aside.

Step 3: Assemble the Nacho Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread cooked fries on a large baking tray.
  3. Scatter tortilla chips evenly over fries.
  4. Spoon seasoned beef over the fries.
  5. Add shrimp evenly on top.
  6. Drizzle generously with warm nacho cheese sauce.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over everything.

Step 4: Bake

Bake for 8–10 minutes, just until cheese melts and everything is hot.


Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and optional jalapeños.

Serve immediately while hot and cheesy.
