Ingredients (Yields 5 Servings)
Tortillas & Filling
5 burrito-size flour tortillas
2½ cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works great)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
½ cup sour cream
1 (4 oz) can mild green chilies, drained
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Queso Sauce
1½ cups queso dip (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup milk (to thin, if needed)
Topping (Optional)
Extra shredded cheese
Chopped green onions or cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the filling:
