White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge with Pistachio Swirl

🧾 INGREDIENTS
🍫 Base

400 g white chocolate (chopped or chips)

1 can (397 g) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

🍒 Mix-ins & Topping

100 g dried cranberries

3 tbsp pistachio paste or smooth pistachio butter

Optional: extra chopped pistachios for texture

✨ Before You Start

The moment it sets, it looks like a winter painting—snowy, swirled, and studded with jewels.

🔢 INSTRUCTIONS

Line a small square baking tin with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, gently melt the white chocolate and condensed milk together.

Stir until completely smooth and remove from heat.

Mix in the vanilla extract and dried cranberries.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.

Warm the pistachio paste slightly and dollop over the surface.

Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the green paste gently into the fudge.

Optional: sprinkle with extra chopped pistachios for crunch.

Refrigerate for 3–4 hours or until firm.

Slice into squares and serve—or wrap as gifts!
