Pepper Steak with Garlic Butter Potatoes, Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese 🥩🥔🥦🧀
Ingredients
For the Pepper Steak
500 g beef steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), sliced into strips
2 bell peppers (red & green), sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
For the Garlic Butter Potatoes
500 g potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Broccoli & Cheddar
1 medium head broccoli, cut into florets
½–1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, and garlic.
Let marinate for 10–15 minutes.
2️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (10–12 minutes).
Drain well.
Melt butter in a pan, add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds, then add potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until golden. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cook the Broccoli
Steam or boil broccoli for 3–4 minutes until bright green.
Drain and sprinkle with cheddar cheese while hot so it melts.
4️⃣ Cook the Pepper Steak
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
Add beef and sear for 2–3 minutes until browned.
Add peppers and cook for 3–4 minutes until tender but still crisp.
🍽️ Serve
Serve the pepper steak with garlic butter potatoes and cheesy broccoli.
