  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, sliced into small pieces
  • 1 medium apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for decoration)
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a clean surface and cut it into triangle shapes, resembling a Christmas tree. 3. Place the puff pastry triangles on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Layer each triangle with slices of Brie cheese, then top with thinly sliced apples. Drizzle some caramel sauce over the apples and cheese. 5. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg. 6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted. 7. Let them cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs.
