🍸 Malibu Pineapple Margarita 🍸

πŸ“‹ Ingredients:

● 1 1/2 oz Malibu or other coconut rum
● 1 1/2 oz homemade sweet and sour mix
● 3/4 oz triple sec or other orange liqueur
● 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
● Corn syrup, for coating glass rims
● Granulated sugar, for rimming
● Pineapple wedges, for garnish

πŸ“ Instructions:

1️⃣ Pour a little corn syrup onto a small plate, then another layer of sugar on a separate plate. Gently dip the rim of a margarita or rocks glass into the corn syrup, then into the sugar to coat the rim and set the glass aside.
2️⃣ Add the Malibu or coconut rum, homemade sweet and sour mix, triple sec, and frozen pineapple chunks to a blender.
3️⃣ Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches your desired frozen, slushy consistency.
4️⃣ Pour the blended margarita into the prepared glass, filling it to just below the sugared rim.
5️⃣ Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately while icy.
