πΈ Malibu Pineapple Margarita πΈ
π Ingredients:
β 1 1/2 oz Malibu or other coconut rum
β 1 1/2 oz homemade sweet and sour mix
β 3/4 oz triple sec or other orange liqueur
β 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
β Corn syrup, for coating glass rims
β Granulated sugar, for rimming
β Pineapple wedges, for garnish
π Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Pour a little corn syrup onto a small plate, then another layer of sugar on a separate plate. Gently dip the rim of a margarita or rocks glass into the corn syrup, then into the sugar to coat the rim and set the glass aside.
2οΈβ£ Add the Malibu or coconut rum, homemade sweet and sour mix, triple sec, and frozen pineapple chunks to a blender.
3οΈβ£ Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and reaches your desired frozen, slushy consistency.
4οΈβ£ Pour the blended margarita into the prepared glass, filling it to just below the sugared rim.
5οΈβ£ Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim and serve immediately while icy.
